The judge in the Immigration Law case in AZ sure cut the nuts right out from underneath the wingnuts. The highly anticipated showdown between the U.S. government and the state of Arizona over the state's new immigration enforcement law opens in a federal courtroom today. Lawyers from both sides will spar over the constitutionality of the measure set to take effect next week.
